Machine interfacing, interconnection and coordination
If you need different pieces of equipment to work together but they
cannot connect directly, we can either reconfigure them or build an
interface unit that can translate signals between them as needed.
Whether this is for a machine tool with loading - unloading - inspection
equipment, a combination of machining cells or other industrial processing,
handling, transfer or packaging, we can build & program a unit to interface
or coordinate the required actions and sequencing.
For systems that require workpieces or items to be uniquely identified we
can integrate systems such as optical bar code or RFID tagging for individual
workpieces, jigs or pallets and coordinate movements and tracking with the machines
these workpieces are processed on.
